Anantagiri Hills :
The Ananthagiri forest is one of the dense forest areas in Ranga Reddy District. The Anantagiri hills are the main water source for Osmansagar and Himayathsagar which provide drinking water to Hyderabad. This Hill is the birthplace of Musi river, which flows through Hyderabad.
The lush green jungle, the small reservoir, the jungle trail are added attractions to this place covered by thick vegetation and beautiful streams with fresh water. the main temple is built around the cave. Medak Fort :
The Medak Fort is situated in Medak town of Telangana State. It is one of the important historical sites around Hyderabad. This fort was built in the 12th century during the reign of the Kakatiyan ruler, Pratapa Rudra. It was originally known as Methuku Durgam, which denotes cooked rice.
The Medak fort was the command post for the rulers of Kakatiyas and also for the Qutub Shahis who ruled the area. The huge structure located on the top of a hill. One has to ascend more than 500 steps to reach the top of the fort, which occupies 100 acres on the hilly area.
Medak Fort is noted for its architectural magnificence. The fort architectural represents a blend of Hindu and Islamic styles.
